We use the box as part of the fun mystery-picking/reveal process. After your items are revealed, the mystery items inside are packaged and shipped to you — not the display box itself.

For example: If you purchase the 8 Mystery Box, you are guaranteed at least 8 mystery items. You may receive more, but never fewer!

Some soft, squishy, or flexible items may become temporarily compressed, flattened, or slightly misshapen during shipping. This can happen from pressure inside the shipping package and is outside of our control. In many cases, soft items will gradually return closer to their original shape after being unpacked.

By purchasing, you understand that you’re ordering the revealed mystery items only and that the physical display box used during the reveal is not included.

Please note that some wax popping squishy fidgets may arrive with some cracks. While we carefully inspect every item and do our best to ensure all fidgets are shipped in excellent condition, minor imperfections can occasionally occur during transit due to the shipping process.
